K Machine is an ISO 9001:2008 registered organization. In manufacturing and repair we strive to service our customer's needs for on time delivery and quality in product and service, while continually working to improve our business, service, and employee performance.

Our quality procedures are enforced thru internal and external audits. Also, our quality objectives are periodically reviewed for effectiveness.

 

Our quality program includes the following:

  • ISO 9001:2008 registration
  • Quality control manual which conforms to ISO-9001:2000
  • K Machine Q.C. employees (1) Q.C.M. and (2) Q.C.I. full-time
  • Three trained internal auditors
  • All quality jobs are supervised and approved by Q.C. personnel
  • All packets have inspection sheets with required sign off
    hold points
  • All customer specified documents are shipped with job in a
    packet prepared by the Q.C. Department
